Day 1: Aswan City Tour
Upon your arrival in Aswan, a warm welcome awaits yuo from our English-speaking representative. You'll be transported in a private air-conditioned van to your luxurious Nile cruise ship, where check-in awaits before noon. Settle into the cruise lifestyle with a delicious lunch onboard. Post-lunch, embark on a historical journey starting with the impressive High Dam, an engineering marvel initiated by President Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 to protect Egypt from Nile floods. Next, experience the serenity of the Nile on a motorboat journey to the Temple of Philae, a beautiful beautiful structure from the Graeco-Roman period dedicated to the goddess Isis. Conclude your exploration with a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk, a testament to ancient Egyptian stone-working skill, dedicated to the god Amun Ra. After a day steeped in history, return to your ship. The evening in Aswan is yours to enjoy at leisure. MEals included today are lunch and dinner. Note: If you arrive early in Aswan, the tour will begin immediately to make the most of your time.
Day 2: Kom Ombo to Edfu - Overnight on Board
Greet the day with a delicious breakfast onboard. Then, join your Egyptologist guide for a visit to the unique Temple of Kom Ombo, where you'll learn about the dual deities Sobek and Haroeris. After immersing yourself in ancient worship practices, return to the ship too savor lunch while basking on the sun deck, admiring the Nile's unique landscape. In the afternoon, experience the charm of Edfu with a chariot ride to the Temple of Horus, one of Egypt's most impeccably preserved temples. Post-visit, enjoy a leisurely afternoon back on your ship. Day 3: Luxor West Bank - Overnight in Luxor
Today begins with breakfast amidst the gentle flow of the Nile. You'll then start your enchanting tour of Thebes by exploring Luxor's West Bank. Your first stop is the Valley of the Kings, the royal necropolis of Egypt's ancient rulers. This visit is followed by the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, an architectural marvel carved into the mountain, showcasing ancient Egypt's grandeur. The tour concludes with a visit to the imposing Colossi of Memnon, associated with King Amenhotep III. Post-tour, lunch awaits on your ship. The afternoon is yours to relax and reflect on the day's discoveries. Dinner and overnight stay will be on the cruise, with meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 4: Luxor East Bank - Check Out
After breakfast and check-out at 08:00 AM, dive into the wonders of Luxor's East Bank. Your first destination is the Karnak Temples Complex, the world's largest religious building complex, boasting a history that spans over a thousand years. Next, marvel at the architectural splendor of the Luxor Temple, initiated by the 12th dynasty's kings and completed by Ramses II. This temple, dedicated to the chief god Amun Re, stands as a testament to ancient Thebes' significance. After absorbing the East Bank's historical richness, you'll be comfortably transferred in a private air-conditioned van to your next location in Luxor, concluding our services for the journey. Day 5: Disembarkation in Aswan - Departure to Cairo
After enjoying your breakfast, it's time to check out from your Nile cruise. Our representative will assist you in transferring to the Aswan airport or station, ensuring a smooth journey as you prepare for your onward flight to Cairo. Breakfast is is included in your meal plan for the day, offering a satisfying start to your morning.
Optional Tour: Abu Simbel Excursion
For those interested in extending their adventure, we offer an optional tour to the breathtaking Abu Simbel temples. You have the choice of traveling either by private coach or by domestic flight. Our knowledgeable English-speaking guide will meet you in Aswan and escort you in a private air-conditioned van to Abu Simbel, located about 180 miles south of the First Cataract in the ancient region of Nubia.
The site of Abu Simbel, historically known as Meha, holds significant historical importance, with its first references dating back to the 18th Dynasty. Here, you will witness the awe-inspiring Abu Simbel Temples, monumental creations of King Ramses II. The larger of the two, the Great Temple, is dedicated to the god Rahorakhty, showcasing the grandeur of ancient Egyptian architecture and art. The smaller temple, equally fascinating, is dedicated to King Ramses II and his beloved queen Nefertari.

Following your exploration of the temples, you will return to Aswan. Depending on your travel plans, you can either check into a hotel in Aswan for rest and refreshment or proceed directly to the Aswan airport for your domestic flight to Cairo.
